Nicole Humpal is a lifelong lover of the arts. She is currently a senior at the University of Iowa, pursuing a BA in dance and philosophy, with a Certification in Nonprofit Management and 200-hour yoga certification. Throughout her time at the University of Iowa, she has had the privilege to perform many times, including Dance Gala 2020. Nicole is originally from Maryland, where she started her dance training, but she also considers Alabama home since her family relocated. Nicole has been a certified FLX conditioning specialist since 2016; and is an ABT Certified Teacher, who has successfully completed the ABT Teacher Training Intensive in Pre-Primary through Level 3 of the ABT National Training Curriculum. She also holds certifications in Progressing Ballet Technique and the Discover Dance Foundations. Nicole is very excited to be a part of UI Dance Company this year. She would like to thank the directors, choreographers, crew, and fellow dancers who all made this show possible.
