Margaret Wenk-Kuchlbauer is the costume and scenery designer for the UI Performing Arts Production Unit, collaborating with many UI faculty and guests. In these extraordinary years that have challenged all our norms, costume and scenery designs for in-person dance and virtual dance included Dance Gala 2021, UI Dance Company 2021, Dance Gala 2020 IN MOTION, and Dancers in Company 2019 TAKING GROUND. Recent opera designs include Three Decembers, The Light in the Piazza (cancelled), and The Tragedy of Carmen.
