Kaitlyn Rogers grew up in Davenport, Iowa, and was a competition dancer for nine years at Expressions of the Quad Cities Dance Academy. In high school, she was a member of the Bettendorf Goldusters Pom and Drill team for two years. Following graduation, she spent her first year of college as a member of the Minnesota State University Dance Team and competed at UDA Nationals where they were named 2019 Pom Champions. She now attends the University of Iowa where she is double majoring in dance and health and human physiology in hopes of pursuing professional careers in the dance and fitness industries. She is also an instructor at Debut Dance in North Liberty, Iowa where she works closely with their Forte competition team. In addition to this, she has recently earned the title of Certified Personal Trainer and is working towards certificates Corrective Exercise and Injury Prevention. She is excited to be dancing with UIDC this semester and for the opportunity to grow as an artist!
