Biography

Cearra Crosser is graduating this Spring with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance with a minor in Communications. Her dance journey began at age 5, attending Dance Connection by Michelle in Algona, Iowa. She enrolled in the dance program at the University of Iowa to gain performance experience and advance her training to a higher level. Throughout her time at the university, Cearra has had the privilege of collaborating with esteemed artists and choreographers such as Eloy Barragán, Melinda Myers, Tony Orrico, Danielle Russo, Kieron Dwayne Sargeant, and Katelyn Perez. Currently, Cearra is immersed in developing her own choreographic projects, including her BFA Capstone, and directing and editing two screen dance projects. These initiatives showcase her creativity, dedication, and passion for exploring new artistic expressions within dance, which she plans to continue doing in the future.
