"Roots" considers and validates the melancholy joy of dance and the beauty that manifests when you remember why you love(ed) doing something. Rooted in love, and delivered in recollection, it is based on personal experience and is a homage to past endeavors.

Special thanks to Ianka Hou for your videography skills, and my mom for driving out to the location-and sitting behind all kinds of bushes to stay out of the shot. I'm pretty sure that was not comfortable!
